Tori Tackett

Tori Tackett is a fourth-year pharmacy student at The University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy. She completed her pharmacy prerequisites at Texas A&M University.

Tori has worked as a clerk and pharmacy technician at her family’s independent pharmacies since 16. She is passionate about independent pharmacy as it lets pharmacists play a more active role in helping patients by developing personal relationships.

As a pharmacist, Tori plans to focus on providing clinical services in retail pharmacies. She also wants to pursue her passion for nutrition to help patients learn about whole body health.
