7 Ways to Boost Your Immune System
The Mayo Clinic recommends drinking at least eight 8-ounce servings of fluid throughout the day. Water is best. Water makes up more than half of your body weight, and, without enough of it, your body can’t work properly. Water also helps in the production of lymph — a fluid that is part of your immune system. Lymph carries white blood cells and other immune system cells throughout your body.
