Alternative Ways to Reduce Stress
It can affect how you feel, how you act and your overall wellbeing. It’s stress. And for many people, life’s hassles, deadlines, frustrations and demands can make stress so commonplace that it becomes a way of life. In small doses, stress can help you perform under pressure. But when you’re stressed, your mind and body may pay the price. Stress affects everyone in different ways, but there are some general things you can do to manage stress. Remember, you don’t need to let stress hijack your life!
