Martha Stewart, businesswoman and television personality, has a long history of donating to charity. In 2006, she gave $5 million to New York’s Mt. Sinai Hospital to build a center focusing on healthy aging. She has also supported several children’s charities, including the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
