Simple Ways To Remember Your Medication
When you get into a daily routine, it’s easy to go through the motions without really thinking about what you’re doing. But it’s important to stop and take a minute to reflect. Make a point to notice when you’re taking your medication and say it outloud. This may make you more likely to remember if you took your medication today and reduce the odds that you’ll have an “Oh no!” moment.
