Swimming Tips for Beginners
You took classes in school to learn a variety of different subjects, so why not take a class to learn how to swim? According to the US Department of Health and Human Services, many adults don’t know how to swim properly. But there’s still time to learn! There are many swim class options available for adults of all ages. Remember that, even if you think you have your dog paddle down, taking a swim class can’t hurt. You can also sign up your kids for swim lessons as soon as they are ready — even as early as age 1!
