Tips for Adults with ADHD
Important paperwork can be an easy thing for those with ADHD to misplace. So instead of letting it pile up on the kitchen table, take some time to set up a filing system. Use dividers and color-coded file folders to keep important documents like medical papers and bills organized and easy to find. Once you have a filing system in place, also take some time to minimize your mail by signing up for paperless billing. It may help to pick a designated spot to put your mail and spend a few minutes each day going through it, throwing away any promotions or papers you don’t need.
