This medication is available as an injection to be given directly into a vein (IV), large muscle (IM) or under the skin by a healthcare professional.

Common side effects of nalbuphine include sweating, nausea, vomiting, and dry mouth. This medication can also cause dizziness and drowsiness. Do not try to drive or operate machinery until you know how this medication affects you.
